The conference will run from Thursday evening, October 7 through Saturday noon, October 9. The pre-conference workshop will be held Thursday, October 7. Conference banquet will be held Friday evening, October 8. Optional excursions will be available Saturday afternoon, October 9.

- Conference Only--$360
(includes Thursday evening reception, Friday and Saturday breakfasts, Friday banquet) Second attendee from same institution receives $50 discount; third and subsequent attendees receive $100 discount.
- Pre-Conference Workshop Only--$160
(includes Thursday lunch) Second and subsequent attendees from same institution receive $50 discount.
- Student, including meals--$125

CONFERENCE HOTEL
The conference hotel is The Adolphus in downtown Dallas, and the conference room rate is $139 (plus tax). Deadline for securing the conference rate is September 6, 2010.
Note that the conference room rate will be available for the three days before and after the conference. |
